Saint Chappel, Norte Dame, & the Conciergerie

Our first stop of the day was Saint Chappel with it's beautiful stained glass windows. We followed this with a tour of Notre Dame Cathedral. The lines to tour the towers were around 1 hour long so we opted to have some lunch and use the restrooms first. This is our first taste of the summer tourist lines. In winter (5 years ago) we wisked though these sites with barely a thought to it.

At the restaurant where we stopped for lunch, the waitress allowed our children to tour the wine cellar.

On top of Notre Dame. Can you pick out the scariest gargoyles?
